We’re extremely grateful to have received funding from The Coronavirus Community Support Fund to run our Mental Health project.
Our project involved developing online resources, a new website and delivering essential programmes to local communities across South Yorkshire to help improve their Mental Wellbeing during this pandemic.
The pandemic has hit our communities hard but with targeted to support at those who need it most we have delivered zoom and phone programmes that have made a real difference. At the time of writing we have supported 51 families through the programme, helping them to identify mental health problems and offer support, guidance and initiatives to help tackle these and improve mental well-being.
Due to the resources and website this programme will continue moving forward and allow us to support many more families to identify and then improve their mental health.
Thank you to the government and the national lottery for their financial support, without them it just wouldn’t have been possible.
