About Us

We aim to develop engaging programmes that make a difference to local communities

We’re there for EVERYBODY and provide inclusive programmes that can be accessed by all.

We’re locally based and strive to work in partnership with local communities to identify their needs and provide the required intervention.

We prioritise hard to reach groups and those with a disability to offer support and programmes to make a real difference.

WHO WE HELP

We aim to help anyone in the community who needs support when looking and physical and mental wellbeing.

We support families, education establishments and people with a disability to help them improve their physical and mental wellbeing

HOW WE HELP

We put the communities at the heart of everything we do. We consult with them on a regular basis to identify needs and then we put an intervention in place to best cater for that need.

This could be evening or weekend activity sessions, holiday time activities for children or family mental health programmes.

OUR STORY

We were set up in May 2015 to work with communities across South Yorkshire to tackle the decline of physical and mental wellbeing across local communities.

We have delivered a wide range of physical activity programmes, during the evenings and weekends as well as holiday time provision to help improve the well-being of the communities children across South Yorkshire.

More recently we have developed mental health programmes to help communities and in particularly people in education and those with a disability. We have 3 trustees and a number of volunteers who give up their time to drive the charity forward.

We aim to continue building on what we can offer to our local communities, helping build a happier and healthier place for everyone.

We aim to expand our delivery to reach more communities across South Yorkshire, helping them to improve their physical and mental wellbeing

Our Programmes are now available for you to use as a family or education establishment to help and support both the identification of mental health illnesses and give ways to improve your and your friends and families mental health.

We rely on donations and funding to run the programmes we do.

All donations are gratefully received and go directly to improving the programmes and services we provide to communities in South Yorkshire.
